Here’s the agenda of Armakuni’s Cloud Migration Workshop:

• Discuss your business goals and workloads: Start by discussing your short—and long-term business goals, objectives, risks, and issues related to IT and business workload migrations. Our cloud experts will assess your current infrastructure, recommend which workloads should be prioritized for migration, and convey the potential challenges that may impact the migration process.

• Address your migration concerns: We’ll focus on the TCO value and your financial goals, and clarify the key stakeholders and activities needed for success in the cloud. The workshop will also address your burning cloud questions around feasibility, security, and reliability.

• Get a custom migration roadmap: Our AWS experts will recommend you the most appropriate AWS services and migration strategies (rehost, replatform, etc.) for your workloads. We’ll discuss the delivery methods, security, privacy, and compliance challenges.

• Accelerate the next steps: At the end of the workshop, you will have a better understanding of the cloud’s benefits and a documented report that includes a strategic plan and actionable guidance to improve your cloud migration process.
