These models can also be deployed independently in a customer's VPC for enterprises requiring complete data sovereignty.

Highlights
One listing for Smallest AI's complete voice stack: deploy no-code Atoms voice and chat agents that handle end-to-end customer conversations, or consume the underlying proprietary models directly: Lightning (text-to-speech) and Pulse (speech-to-text). Mix and match across 20+ languages for support, sales, and operations with sub-second, human-like conversations, all under a single AWS subscription with consolidated billing.
Production-grade real-time performance: Lightning streams broadcast-quality 44.1 kHz speech at ~100 ms latency with instant voice cloning from 5-15s of audio across 15 languages; Pulse returns first transcripts in ~64 ms with speaker diarization, PII/PCI redaction, and keyword boosting across 38 languages. Both are built for noisy, accented, far-field, and telephony audio, with HTTP, SSE, and WebSocket streaming.
Enterprise-ready and consolidated on AWS: usage-based pricing with monthly or annual commits, private offers and custom MSAs for committed-use deals, and the ability to draw down existing AWS commitments. Deployable across AWS regions with data-residency options and in-VPC model deployment for full data sovereignty, backed by SOC 2 Type II and PCI-DSS. Ideal for trials, POCs, and scaling to production.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing covers three product areas billed by usage. The Atoms Business Plan handles voice agents with an included pool of voice minutes; extra minutes bill per minute. Lightning text-to-speech and Pulse speech-to-text each offer a Business Plan with a set block of included minutes. Both also have Overage units for usage beyond the included blocks. Lightning and Pulse each add an Enterprise Plan for custom pricing arranged directly with the vendor; do not check out with those options. Pricing scales as you consume minutes, then shifts to per-unit overage once your included allotment runs out.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one billable minute for the Atoms voice agent plan?
You are billed by voice minutes of agent activity. The Atoms Business Plan includes 16,667 voice minutes. Once you use those, extra time bills per minute. Voice agents can run cascading pipelines (hosting, speech-to-text, language model, text-to-speech, telephony) or speech-to-speech, and the model layers you select affect per-minute cost.
What happens when I use more minutes than my Business Plan includes?
Each Business Plan includes a set block of minutes. Lightning text-to-speech includes up to 115,730 minutes and Pulse speech-to-text includes up to 399,800 minutes. Once you pass your included block, usage bills through the matching Overage units per minute. Only the minutes beyond your allotment carry overage charges.
How do the text-to-speech and speech-to-text charges combine on my invoice?
Lightning text-to-speech and Pulse speech-to-text bill independently. Each has its own included minute block and its own Overage units. Text-to-speech meters minutes of audio generated; speech-to-text meters minutes of audio transcribed. Whichever product you use more drives more of your bill. Both can appear together if you use both.
