You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Usage instructions
Administrator must have full control over the ADManager Plus installation folder. Navigate to the default directory, right-click the folder, select Properties, and check the Security tab.
ADManager Plus application is installed in this instance. Once you establish a remote connection, start ADManager Plus by clicking the ADManager Plus Console shortcut on the desktop or selecting Start ADManager Plus from the Start menu. The application will launch in a few minutes, and you can monitor the progress window.
To access ADManager Plus, open Microsoft Edge and go to: http://<public_dns>:8080/. The default username is admin, and the password is <your_instance_id>

What do you like best about the product?
Automation policies are very useful, with the work-flow enforced automation. The scheduled reporting and distribution help with our SOX compliance and audits. We appreciate the assist on Group setups etc. too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more about the support - that sometimes gets a little kludgy with the off-shore resources when it is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps speed up provisioning and assuring that the steps occur and are reviewed.

What do you like best about the product?
Like all ManageEngine products, the pricing makes it a no brainer. For compliance and security it is easier to delegate permissions and review them compared to AD and the logging is extremely valuable. The integrations with M365 and clean and easy UI make it easy for Help Desk to provision accounts and onboard users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be a little more refined and updated to look a little more modern. Not a big deal though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AD delegation, logging and templated user creation for easier onboarding and support.

What do you like best about the product?
The GUI makes it easier for techs with less experience to manage AD, as well as HR employees. That takes a significant burden away from IT. Additionally, the direct integration with M365 and Azure AD make it a one stop shop. Pricing is affordable for my smaller organization as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difference between automation and workflows. Trying to configure the multiple screens and steps make it slightly confusing. However, once it is configured, it makes processes hands off which is nice. The support teams will always answer questions about the software quickly to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed of bulk manipulating accounts. Working at a school, it makes creating accounts for entire grades of students lightning fast and simple when compared to Powershell or other command line tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation in ManageEngine ADManager Plus. It's nice to be able to build and fully automate all aspects of the process. The initial setup was made much easier with the expertise of the onboarding team at ManageEngine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the provisioning setup process could be simplified a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ManageEngine ADManager Plus for automating employee onboarding/offboarding, replacing outdated manual processes. It's nice to fully automate all aspects of the process.

What do you like best about the product?
AD Manager is a great way to create automations, centralize domain management, and integrate with 3rd party applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface seems to be a bit outdated looking. Connecting to 3rd party apps can be tricky and getting the right support person involved along the way can also take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use AD Manager for creation templates, automations (disable and delete old accounts), centralize multi domain management, and integrate with 3rd party apps such as UKG.
