    Intuitive Dashboards, Accurate API Data, and Exceptionally Helpful Support

    What do you like best about the product?
    Great, easy-to-navigate interface. The filter features across the alert and transaction dashboards make quick analysis and finding details effortless. Additionally the executive summary really streamlines data reporting. The rule info tab is a great tool for quickly jogging my memory on specific rule codes. The system captures integrated data via API accurately, which optimizes our rule performance. Our customer success manager has been exceptionally helpful with troubleshooting and configuring the changes we need. Support is always readily available, and responses are prompt. Would love to see more AI-powered capabilities for capturing behavioral patterns
    What do you dislike about the product?
    A major drawback is the lack of notifications and auto-refresh on the alert dashboard. It makes it tedious to constantly hit refresh manually to catch new alerts and respond promptly. Also, the external URL links shared for sanctions and warnings are often broken and return an error response.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The system is effective for live transaction monitoring and aid in mitigating risks and strengthening our overall fraud prevention and AML/CFT compliance efforts

    What do you like best about the product?
    Extremely clear UX, the ability to screen multiple vendors at once, detailed search filters
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes I will search an entity that I have already screened, and if the name is a bit off, it will not show up. It would be nice to have the ability to search for more ambiguous names, and have any entities that are close to the name show up.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We are able to sanction screen vendors and recipients in order to deliver our product

    It classifies all the alerts on names and location basis, it easier to identify hits.

    Nothing really its all useful features that help me.

    Feature-Rich P&S Screening with Easy Reporting and Search

    What do you like best about the product?
    It has mayny functions, we can download reports, search, set dates etc. The downsides is that it has also a lot of irrelevant content which are not actually P&S matches and and takes time to go through. Also a couple of times the PEP match was not identified in a timely manner. For heads up we use comply advantage for P&S screening and for AML alerts.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    CA to improve they can use AI to better filter articles related to a person for a P&S screening, to filter out irrelevant articles and search in the articles for age or other relevant information to resolve it with outhuman interaction required. The irrelevant matches create a lot more workload epsecially when you can find the information easily on the match or on open source.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    on a positive note, CA has been a good system, helping identify potential matches and true matches, and is giving the relevant articles and open source so you can elaborate your search and is quite user friendly. It is also very straightforward to open those or search the content of the articles. or to add comments and download reports.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the fact that it covers sanctions screening and adverse media well, and that with MESH it now also includes the additional element of customer risk rating. The team is supportive and responsive.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    What I may have missed in CSOM is now included in the updated MESH system, so at the moment I’m happy with it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It helps us meet regulatory requirements for PEP and sanctions screening, adverse media checks, ongoing monitoring, and customer risk rating. Customers also have a unique identifier, which makes it easier to track and manage them consistently.
