Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy Starhive as a contract, and tiers scale by the number of objects you store. An object is any data record, such as an asset, person, or contract. The Starter tier covers 1,000 objects with 5 GB storage. Essential tiers step from 5,000 up to 200,000 objects, each with 200 GB storage and set monthly automation and AI credit allowances. Professional tiers run from 250,000 to 2.75 million objects, with 500 GB storage and higher monthly automation and AI credit allowances. All tiers include unlimited spaces and unlimited users. Pick the tier matching your object count.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one object for billing across the tiers?
An object is any data record you store in Starhive. That can be an asset, a person, a contract, a task, or a ticket. Each object counts as one toward your tier's object limit. The attributes and dependencies you attach to each object are unlimited and do not count separately.
What happens when my stored objects approach my tier's object limit?
Each tier sets a fixed object cap, from 1,000 in Starter up to 2.75 million in Professional 11. To store more objects, you move to a tier with a higher object limit. Storage, automation, and AI credit allowances also change at the Starter, Essential, and Professional boundaries.
Which allowances change as I move up through the tiers?
Object count is the main driver across all tiers. Storage steps from 5 GB in Starter to 200 GB in Essential and 500 GB in Professional. Monthly automations and AI credits also rise at those group boundaries. Within Essential and within Professional, only the object count changes between numbered steps.
