Overview
Plenty of partners build strong technical capability on AWS and still struggle to turn it into a profitable, differentiated practice with a clear route to market. The AWS Partner Transformation Program (PTP) exists to close that gap, and we deliver it as AWS-authorized consultants.
PTP Core is a series of two to three workshops followed by a custom 100-day transformation plan. Starting with an executive kickoff, we assess where your AWS business is now versus where you want it, sharpen your go-to-market strategy and Marketplace approach, run a full capability and competency assessment, and leave you with a prioritized roadmap. Monthly check-ins with your consultant then keep execution on track. Executive commitment matters here: the program works best when your leadership is in the room for kickoff and the workshops, and a named owner drives the 100-day plan.
Beyond the Core program, focused modules go deeper on the areas where partners are growing fastest: Generative AI, Agentic AI, AWS Marketplace, and Digital Sovereignty. Each is a short, hands-on engagement matched to your maturity, and can follow the Core program or stand on its own.
