The Datadog Business Observability service is a fixed-cost 30-day package structured around meetings and execution with the JLCP team in conjunction with the client, plus 30 days of support to assist with any issues or improvements to what was implemented in the project.
In the first week of the Sprint, the JLCP team conducts interviews with the client's business and technology teams to define a goal that involves observability across business areas.
After defining the work plan, we will begin implementing the configurations within the client's Datadog environment and conduct a workshop presentation for each implemented functionality to validate with all involved in the project.
After all implementations and workshops are completed, we will monitor the environment for another 30 days. This project includes support for any issues, questions, or environment enhancements.
This technical scope includes any required Datadog functionality.
