Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

This contract offers one pricing dimension: Fulfiller Users. You are billed based on the number of fulfiller users you license. Fulfiller users are the staff who process and resolve legal service requests through the platform. Pricing scales directly with the count of these users. There are no separate tiers or add-on dimensions to select. To increase capacity, you add more fulfiller user licenses under the same contract structure.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one fulfiller user for billing?
A fulfiller user is a staff member who processes and resolves legal service requests inside the platform. Each named staff account you license counts as one fulfiller user. This differs from end users who submit requests through the self-service portal, who are not counted under this dimension.
How does my cost change as our legal team grows?
Cost scales directly with the number of fulfiller user licenses. Adding staff who process legal requests means adding licenses under the same contract. Removing staff reduces the count you license. There are no usage tiers or thresholds, so each added user increases cost in a straightforward, proportional way.
Do people who only submit legal requests need a fulfiller license?
No. The Fulfiller Users dimension bills only for staff who process and resolve legal service requests. Employees who submit requests or search a knowledge base through the self-service portal are not fulfiller users and are not billed under this dimension.
