    Resource(s) Responsibilities - As Client retains full responsibility for directing activity of resource(s) during designated Timeframe, the above tasks and deliverables are recommendations to efficiently utilize designated resources for given project and not definitively in scope. Following roles are assigned this project:

    Architect - Client facing and primary technical point-of-contact. Works with Engineer in Discovery and Deploy process. Also oversees Delivery.

    Engineer - Reports to Architect and works behind the scenes with Architect to deploy solution, validate and test.

    Project Manager - Functions as scrum master and manages project timelines, scrums, sprints, and delivers Mutual Plan to stakeholders. Also a point-of-contact for Client.

    Status Reports - Reports (Mutual Plan) will be sent to client weekly until the specified project is completed.
