Scope of the Service Offering

As part of this offering, we will:

• Conduct a discovery session to understand the customer’s data sources and analytics needs
• Identify and ingest a representative subset of structured and unstructured data into Amazon S3
• Configure AWS Lake Formation to establish data governance and access controls
• Use AWS Glue to crawl, catalog, and transform the ingested data
• Enable data querying via Amazon Athena and create visualizations using Amazon QuickSight
• Provide a working demo environment with sample dashboards and ML-ready datasets Delivery Approach The service is delivered remotely by NAVA Software Solutions' certified AWS consultants. The engagement typically spans 1–2 weeks and includes hands-on sessions, architecture setup, and a final showcase of the working POC environment. At every step, we ensure knowledge transfer to your in-house teams and provide guidance on extending the solution post-POC.
