SafetyCulture Assets
Assets can be anything your team needs to track and maintain like machinery, vehicles, safety gear, facilities, or even tools used in day-to-day operations. NOTE: This is the price for 1 Asset.
You buy this platform through three separate units that you combine based on your team's needs. Full Seats give managers and team members access to all features, subject to their assigned permissions. Lite Seats fit frontline workers and general staff with a narrower set of tasks. Assets cover items you track and maintain, such as machinery, vehicles, safety gear, facilities, or tools. Each unit is priced individually, so your total scales with the number of Full Seats, Lite Seats, and Assets you select. You mix these quantities to match your headcount and tracked equipment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What is the difference between a Full Seat and a Lite Seat for billing?
A Full Seat gives managers and team members access to all platform features, subject to assigned permissions. A Lite Seat suits frontline workers and general staff who need a narrower set of tasks. You choose the seat type per person based on their role, and each seat is billed individually.
What counts as one Asset for billing?
An Asset is any item your team tracks and maintains, such as machinery, vehicles, safety gear, facilities, or day-to-day tools. Each tracked item counts as one Asset. You add an Asset unit for every piece of equipment you want to register, inspect, and maintain in the platform.
Which units drive my total cost, and how do they combine?
Three units combine on one bill: Full Seats, Lite Seats, and Assets. Each is priced per unit, so your total adds the count of each together. Seat counts follow your headcount by role. Asset counts follow the equipment you track. All three charges apply at the same time.
