    AI Value Accelerator

     Info
A 1.5-day fixed-scope assessment scoring your organization across six AI dimensions, delivering a stakeholder-ready posture and a prioritized path to more value within a week of kickoff.

    Overview

Your team is already using AI. The question is how much value you're getting from it — and what's holding that value back.

Employees have already adopted Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude. What leadership usually cannot say is where that adoption is paying off, where it is just activity, and where unmanaged exposure is quietly capping the upside. The wins that do exist stay stuck in pockets: one team's gain never becomes the organization's.

The AI Value Accelerator scores your organization across six dimensions and hands you a prioritized path to capture more value, with the exposure that would undercut it accounted for. Fixed scope, 1.5 days, scored posture in hand by the end of the week.

    What you get

    • AI Readiness Scorecard — The hero deliverable. Scored red/yellow/green across six dimensions: value capture, usage, workforce, policy, data exposure, and vendor risk. A one-page posture you can show a board, an insurer, or an investor.
    • Priority Action Brief — Your top three to five moves ranked by value gained per unit of effort. Things to do this week, not a 90-day roadmap, with owner suggestions and effort estimates.
    • AI Usage Map — A visual of which key tools are in use, where they are driving real value, what data flows through them, and where the exposure points are.
    • Path Forward Brief — An honest one-page read on where you stand, where the next increment of value is, and what makes sense next: an engagement, something you handle internally, or "you're on track, here's what to maintain."

    How it works

    I. Pre-Engagement Questionnaire — A structured questionnaire completed asynchronously before the engagement day, so principal time goes to evaluation rather than information gathering. Interviews are scheduled with three to five stakeholders.

II. Discovery and Interviews — A full day: three to five structured stakeholder interviews of 30 minutes each, tool and usage inventory analysis, and identification of your top exposure points — following a codified framework, not free-form conversation.

III. Scoring and Evaluation — Each of the six dimensions is scored red/yellow/green against a proprietary rubric built from running these engagements at enterprise scale. The Usage Map is drafted and exposures ranked.

IV. Reporting and Briefing — A half day to finalize the Scorecard, Priority Action Brief, Usage Map, and Path Forward Brief, closing with a 30-minute delivery briefing with your leadership.

    Who this is for

    • CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CTOs, and VPs of IT told to "show what we're getting from AI" without a clear starting point
    • Organizations whose employees use AI daily with no view of the return and no policy or usage inventory behind it
    • Professional services, healthcare, financial services, and legal firms, where AI upside is real and client data raises the stakes
    • Lean IT teams of one to two people with no CISO, fielding AI demand they cannot evaluate or scale on their own
    • Companies fielding AI questions from a board, an insurance carrier, an auditor, or a major client

    Highlights

    • Scored Posture in a Week, Not a Quarter: A fixed-scope 1.5-day engagement produces a red/yellow/green scorecard across six dimensions - value capture, usage, workforce, policy, data exposure, and vendor risk. One page you can hand to a board, an insurer, an auditor, or an investor.
    • Value First, With Exposure Accounted For: Most AI assessments start from a compliance checklist. This one starts from where AI is actually earning its keep, then surfaces the exposure that would cap that upside - because a data incident or an audit finding stalls the very adoption that is working.
    • Moves for This Week, Not a 90-Day Roadmap: The Priority Action Brief ranks your top three to five moves by value gained per unit of effort, with owner suggestions and effort estimates - so the engagement ends in action, not in a program you still have to design.
