Vendor refund policy
Customer can terminate a Subscription at any time by emailing Praetorian at marketplacesupport@praetorian.com . If Customer terminates within 30 days following the start of the Subscription/Order Term, Customer will receive a full refund of the fees paid for the terminated Subscription/Order Term. Should Customer terminate after 30 days, Customer will not receive any refund.
