Dimensions summary
This contract pricing combines two dimensions that work together. Product Access grants you the right to use the API as a subscriber. The per successful API request dimension charges you for each call that returns a valid result. This means your usage cost scales with how many successful requests you make. Failed requests are not billed under this dimension. You start with Product Access and then pay per request based on actual usage, so total cost rises as your API activity grows.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A successful request is any API call that returns a valid result. The system meters each of these calls individually. Calls that fail or return errors are not counted, so you pay only for requests that produce usable output.
Both charges apply together. Product Access grants your subscription right to use the API. The per successful API request charge then accrues based on how many valid calls you make. For high-volume use, request charges typically drive most of your cost, while Product Access stays fixed.
The API supports vessel activity tracking, behavioral risk detection, coastal and EEZ monitoring, and geofencing alerts. It fuses signals like AIS, satellite imagery, and radio frequency data into unified maritime insights. Each qualifying call for these functions counts toward your per-request charges.
