Vendor refund policy
Refunds available within 48 hrs of purchase via AWS Support. After 48 hrs, annual contracts are non-refundable. Migration service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Prorated refunds for unused periods considered case-by-case. Contact support@egotutis.org for requests outside the 48-hr window.

Post-Migration Support
All customers receive 30-90 days of post-migration support included with their subscription to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues that arise during the adjustment period.
Ongoing Managed Service
As a fully managed service, Egotutis handles all infrastructure, security, patching, and compliance operations on your behalf. Your organization is only responsible for managing users.
