Dimensions summary
This contract combines three annual charges. You pay based on your FTE count, measured as work hours rather than head count, where 1 FTE equals 40 hours per week. You also pay per separate schedule, which counts each independent roster you run. A one-off setup fee applies for each individual schedule you create. Together these dimensions scale your cost with both your staffing volume and the number of distinct schedules you manage. The setup charge is separate from the recurring annual charges and applies only once per schedule.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An FTE measures work hours, not people. One FTE equals 40 hours per week. Two staff each working 20 hours count as one FTE, not two. So your charge follows total scheduled hours rather than the number of individual employees on your roster.
A separate schedule is each independent roster you run, such as a distinct site, team, or rotating roster. You pay an annual charge for each one. A one-off setup fee also applies once per schedule when you first create it, separate from the recurring charge.
Three charges combine on one contract. Your FTE count annual charge scales with scheduled work hours. Your separate schedule annual charge scales with the number of distinct rosters. The per-schedule setup fee applies once each. Adding staff hours raises the FTE charge; adding rosters raises both the schedule charge and setup fees.
