Dimensions summary
Xacta 360 is sold as a contract across three capacity tiers. Each tier bundles the same three usage limits: projects, managed endpoints, and AWS resources. You pick the tier that fits your workload size. Tier 1 covers 1 project, 500 managed endpoints, and 2,000 AWS resources. Tier 2 raises those caps to 5 projects, 2,500 managed endpoints, and 10,000 AWS resources. Tier 3 raises them further to 10 projects, 5,000 managed endpoints, and 20,000 AWS resources. Pricing scales with these bundled capacity limits, so higher tiers support more projects, endpoints, and cloud resources.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A managed endpoint is a device or system the platform monitors for compliance. An AWS resource is a discrete cloud asset, such as an instance or service, pulled in through integrations. Each item counts individually toward your tier's cap, so both metrics track separately against the limits.
Each tier bundles fixed caps for projects, managed endpoints, and AWS resources. If your workload grows past any one of those caps, you move to a tier with higher limits. The move is not automatic. You select the tier that fits your project count, endpoint count, and cloud footprint.
All three limits apply at once within a tier. You need a tier whose caps cover your largest metric. If your projects fit Tier 1 but your AWS resources exceed 2,000, you need Tier 2. The tightest constraint among projects, endpoints, and resources drives your choice.

SME support can be requested via the customer support portal and is provided by telephone.
