KubeSense is an LLM and eBPF-Powered observability platform that provides instant application performance monitoring (APM), log management, infrastructure monitoring, with AI RCA, AI Recommendations and complete AgentSRE capabilities.
KEY DIFFERENTIATORS: AI-First Observability: AI-powered RCA and AI-driven solution recommendations significantly reduce issue identification and resolution times. DevOps LLM or AgentSRE helps answer even complex SRE tasks in natural language and addresses every alert instantly.
Cost-Effective Observability: KubeSense AI helps reduce observability significantly compared to legacy tools through it's advanced and powerful tech for telemetry.
Agent-less & Kernel Data Capture: Our non-invasive, eBPF-based data capture directly from the kernel offers superior efficiency, enhanced security, and comprehensive coverage with instant deployment.
Efficient and Scalable: Built with the latest technology, KubeSense scales to process petabytes of data with minimal resource consumption, negligible infrastructure overhead, and zero latency.
Highlights
Instant eBPF Observability for Application Performance Monitoring (APM), log management and infrastructure monitoring with AI RCA (AI Root Cause Analysis), DevOps LLM and AgentSRE. AI RCA provides instant RCA for failures by correlating and analysing entire telemetry data. With KubeSense you achieve instant observability for kubernetes monitoring or VMs monitoring (virtual machines monitoring) or fargate monitoring (serverless monitoring).
KubeSense processes petabytes of telemetry data at a fraction of infra costs in comparison and helps save significantly on the total observability cost.
Instant Application Performance Monitoring (APM), log management, log aggregation, log transformation, infrastructure monitoring, with instant AI RCA (AI Root Cause Analysis), DevOps LLM (DevOpsLLM) or Agent SRE (AgentSRE) or SREAgent that answers even complex SRE tasks in natural language.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Annual enterprise license for KubeSense Observability Platform. Deployment and onboarding are performed by the KubeSense team in the customer AWS environment. Pricing and scope are defined via private offer.
KubeSense AI is sold as a single annual enterprise license, billed as a contract in units. You buy one yearly commitment for the observability platform, not per-usage or hourly charges. The KubeSense team deploys and onboards the software inside your own AWS environment. Because scope varies by customer, pricing and terms are set through a private offer rather than a fixed public rate. This means the quantity, cluster count, and covered hosts are negotiated directly with the vendor. There is one dimension here, so pricing scales through the agreed private offer rather than tiered menu options.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
How is the enterprise license scope measured — by clusters, hosts, or nodes?
The license covers your monitored infrastructure, counted by clusters and by the hosts or nodes running inside them. Enterprise scope supports unlimited clusters and hosts. Exact covered quantities are set in your private offer, since scope varies by customer. Non-production environments like Dev, UAT, and Pre-Prod are monitored without adding to the count.
Does my cost change as I add more clusters or hosts during the year?
The annual enterprise license is a single contract fee set through your private offer. Because the enterprise scope allows unlimited clusters and hosts, growth does not trigger per-host or per-cluster overage charges. Multi-year licenses can include price capping, which locks in a pre-agreed cost across years. Confirm your specific scope terms with the vendor.
What is included in the license, and are any features charged extra?
The enterprise license bundles all platform features — log management, application performance monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, and AI-driven analysis — with no feature-based add-on charges. It also includes SSO, role-based access control, and configurable retention policies. The KubeSense team handles deployment and onboarding inside your AWS environment as part of the agreement.
