Vendor refund policy
Refund requests must be made within 5 business days of the purchase date. Refunds will be based on the number of generate code or upload project units consumed. A charge of $25 per unit will be deducted based on usage. The remainder of the plan cost will be refunded to you. Prorated Refund calculation: The refund will be calculated as follows: plan price - (number of units used * $25). Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@codeyai.com with in 5 days.
