Access to the ticketing system and email address is only for active customers and not open to the general public. Critical (P1) issues for production outages in BC Mosaic Cloud are monitored 24x7 and a formal incident management process is followed for active alerts. Custom SLAs for enterprise customers are available and are negotiated as part of the offer phase.
