You buy SocrateERP as a contract based on user count. Two editions organize the options: Standard and Professional. Each edition bundles the Starter package. Standard scales across 5, 10, 15, and 20 users. Professional scales across 20, 30, 40, and 50 users. Pick the tier matching your team size and the edition matching your needed capabilities. The 20-user count appears in both editions, so you choose between Standard and Professional at that level. Pricing rises as user count increases within each edition, and moving to Professional reflects a different capability set rather than only more users.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing across the Standard and Professional tiers?
A user is one named account that logs into SocrateERP. Each tier fixes the count you buy: 5, 10, 15, or 20 for Standard and 20, 30, 40, or 50 for Professional. You pick the tier matching your team size rather than paying per individual login.
What is the difference between the Standard and Professional editions at the 20-user level?
Both editions offer a 20-user option and both bundle the Starter package. Professional reflects a different capability set, not just more users. At 20 users you choose between the two based on the functionality you need rather than headcount alone.
If my team grows past my tier's user count, how does my cost change?
Each dimension covers a fixed number of users. Growth beyond your tier means moving to a higher user count within the same edition, or switching editions. This is a manual change to a different contract dimension, not an automatic overage charge on your current one.
