Deloitte has built a set of 3 AI agents as a part of its Revenue Cycle Insights Agent Suite. These form a part of Agent Fleet - a fleet of agents built by Deloitte. Each of the 3 agents is designed to address specific needs within the revenue cycle by generating insights, analyzing claim denials, automating remittance processing, and determining the next best actions for denied claims. This can lead to improved accuracy in revenue cycle operations, reduced time spent on manual tasks, and increased operational efficiency. By leveraging these AI agents, healthcare organizations can enhance their revenue management, reduce claim denials, and improve their financial performance. This agent(s) will be deployed and configured using AWS Generative AI services by Deloitte.
