AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
You pay by the hour for the software running on a chosen NVIDIA GPU instance. Pricing is not tiered by features. Instead, each dimension maps to a specific EC2 GPU instance size. The g3, g4dn, and g5 families cover graphics and general GPU work across sizes from xlarge up to 48xlarge. The p2, p3, p3dn, p4d, and p5 families target larger training workloads. Your hourly rate scales with the instance you select, since bigger instances add more vCPUs, memory, and GPUs. You choose the instance type at launch.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the hourly charge cover, and what gets billed separately?
The hourly rate covers the software license for the pre-configured NVIDIA CUDA Suit running on your chosen GPU instance. It comes with CUDA tools, NVIDIA Nsight Compute, and Nsight Systems installed. The underlying EC2 GPU compute and storage bill separately through AWS at their own rates.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped or powered off?
The software rate meters running instance-hours only. When you stop or power off the instance, hourly software charges stop accruing. Attached storage may still incur AWS fees while the instance is stopped, but the software license bills for running time.
How do I pick which instance dimension I pay for?
You choose the EC2 instance type at launch. It defaults to g4dn.xlarge, which has 4 vCPUs, 16 GB RAM, and one NVIDIA T4 GPU. You can switch to any listed g3, g4dn, g5, p2, p3, p3dn, p4d, or p5 size. Your hourly rate matches that selection.
