This listing has one pricing dimension: an annual software license and maintenance fee for Koios. You pay a single recurring charge that covers both your right to use the software and ongoing maintenance. Maintenance includes software updates and technical support tied to your order. The software installs on computers you own or control at a defined site, up to agreed use limits. Fees are invoiced annually in advance. If your usage exceeds the set use limits, extra charges apply. There are no separate tiers or add-on units to choose from on Marketplace.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
If your use of the software exceeds the use limits set in your order, extra charges apply at the overage rates specified there. The vendor may also audit your usage once a year. If an audit finds you went over, you pay additional fees at the then-current list price, possibly with reinstatement charges.
Maintenance covers software updates and technical support made available to customers who purchase it, as specified in your order. If the vendor materially reduces its support obligations during a paid term, it will make reasonable efforts to notify you 30 days before the change takes effect.
Orders cannot be cancelled or reduced during the term, and fees are non-refundable except as stated in the agreement. If you terminate early, you still owe any unpaid fees covering the remainder of the term. On termination, your license ends and you must stop using and remove the software.
