Capgemini will develop low-level design documents, build and deploy data ingestion pipelines, and support AI/ML models.

    The project includes two main workstreams: Bid Shading and Audience Insights. The Bid Shading workstream optimizes bid prices in real-time auctions by developing a dynamic bid shading model that simulates second-price auction behavior under the OpenRTB protocol. This model adjusts bids intelligently to achieve an optimal win rate, enhancing bid strategies through dynamic pricing and smart bidding algorithms.

    The Audience Insights workstream identifies high-performing audience segments across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sources. The solution incorporates seasonality, category nuances, and historical performance to deliver actionable insights, supporting both automated and manual optimizations within a demand-side platform (DSP).

    Capgemini will provide comprehensive documentation, unit testing, and ongoing support. The platform utilizes AWS technologies such as Amazon SageMaker, Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon CloudWatch, Amazon Redshift, and AWS Glue to ensure seamless integration and efficient processing. Out-of-scope items include building or managing the DSP platform, real-time user profiling, integration with external DSPs, creative optimization, and multi-channel auction support beyond display RTB.
