What do you like best about the product?
The data is accurate and reliable, which helps ensure accurate chargebacks. It also offers great widgets and clear visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t seen any AI adoption, even though I’ve provided feedback multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete ITAM visibility across everything from legacy systems to cloud, including SaaS and PaaS. As an enterprise customer, we needed a solution that could give us proper visibility across multiple areas, different applications, and various business units. Now we can get those views easily, and it only takes a single click.

Flexera One is great at keeping track of hardware for our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexera One signs you out too fast. The max time should at least be 4 hours. The last version of flexera was better about that.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexera One offers excellent visibility into software assets, strong reporting capabilities, and accurate inventory and license reconciliation. The cloud platform is easy to maintain and continuously improved with new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my opinion and personal experience Flexera One has powerful capabilities, but the overall user experience needs significant improvement. The interface is outdated and unintuitive, making common administrative tasks more complicated than necessary. Troubleshooting inventory, beacon, or connector issues often requires extensive investigation because error messages and logs lack sufficient detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexera One enables our organization to maintain an accurate software inventory, monitor license compliance, and optimize software spending across multiple environments. It provides a single source of truth for IT assets, helping us reduce manual processes, improve audit readiness, and make better licensing decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides great visibility into our entire hybrid cloud environment. It’s also very good for cloud cost optimization and software license management. Once we enable the templates, it pulls all the recommendations into the Cloud Optimization dashboard, which makes it easier to review and act on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any dislikes. It’s working well and delivering our anomaly alerts on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us by alerting on cost anomalies, such as underutilized licenses or purchased reservations. It also consolidates our cloud data usage, which helps us manage spend more accurately and right-size our cloud environments.
