The Cloud Governance Accelerator is a consultative design and implementation project that creates a secure multi-account AWS environment based on AWS Control Tower. It is designed for both "greenfield" customers who want to start correctly from day one and "brownfield" customers with existing, complex AWS accounts that need structure, compliance, and security - without a disruptive rebuild.
Overview
The Cloud Governance Accelerator (GCA) transforms unstructured or non-existent AWS environments into an operational, auditable, and scalable landing zone. Unlike traditional migration offers, this product focuses on the "surgical remediation" of existing cloud infrastructures.
The service uses AWS Control Tower for orchestration and extends it with the proprietary "Tallence Baseline." This is a collection of Infrastructure-as-Code modules (Account Factory for Terraform/AFT), Service Control Policies (SCPs), and AWS Config Rules. This baseline implements "Compliance-as-Code." It creates automated guardrails that technically enforce regulatory requirements like GDPR, ISO 27001, DORA, and NIS2, rather than just documenting them.
The market for AWS governance in the DACH region is currently undergoing a structural shift. As greenfield projects become less common, the need is moving toward fixing existing, haphazardly grown environments—the so-called "brownfield crisis." At the same time, regulations like DORA and NIS2 are putting significant compliance pressure on executive boards. The CGA addresses this by providing technical guarantees instead of bureaucratic reports, all while maintaining high implementation speed.
