How It Works
Step 1. Introductions: A Tennex specialist will conduct a quick discovery call to get an understanding of where you are today and where you want to go. In this meeting, we will ask about your business goals and what technologies you are currently leveraging. Also, we'll make sure Trusted Advisor is enabled and gathering data.
Step 2. Health Check Session: In this live screenshare session, a Cloud Architect will conduct a meeting (up to an hour) to discuss your most critical Trusted Advisor findings and share thoughts on some next steps.
Step 3. Recommendations Session (Optional): Based on the topics and priorities outlined in the Health Check session, we will meet for 30 minutes to discuss the next step recommendations or add additional time for topics needing further research.
