Small Prototyping Sprint

Provides non-recurring engineering services through FFP agile prototyping sprints. Each prototyping sprint is sized based on the scope of the deliverables and deploys a crossfunctional team of Anduril engineers and relevant Anduril technology against a defined capability development, testing, and/or evaluation effort, to deliver specific capabilities to the customer. This team works closely with the customer to accomplish a Statement of Workbased project with defined deliverables. Small prototyping sprints often include minor integration projects or modification of Anduril’s existing technology, such as adding a thirdparty payload to a Ghost UAS (or Lattice Sentry tower) that requires no integration with onboard power or computing. Multiple sprints of varying sizes may be required to accomplish a larger project objective/deliverable.

Anduril’s prototyping sprints include the cost of deploying existing, high-TRL Anduril technology, software, know-how, and data previously developed by Anduril at private expense, enabling Anduril to rapidly deliver an effective prototype within the desired timeline.

Includes the cost of facilities and standard equipment and materials for testing, modeling, and simulation of the prototype. Does not include range time or purchase of third party systems. Capabilities or deliverables accomplished through prototyping sprints may require ongoing sustainment support, which must be purchased separately - see Software Operation and Sustainment.

Anduril Lattice Operating System runs on a Kubernetes cluster hosted in EC2, with FoundationDB as the backend database running on EBS for storage. The application scales dynamically using Auto Scaling Groups or EKS. S3 is used for optimized storage, while an NLB (Network Load Balancer) distributes traffic efficiently. CloudWatch is integrated to monitor performance metrics and logs.
