Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

You choose one of four annual contract tiers based on how many users can join your competitions each year. Starter covers up to 100 users, Growth up to 600, Professional up to 1,500, and Enterprise up to 4,000. The tiers scale by user capacity alone. You pick the tier that matches your expected yearly participant volume. Each level shares the same platform for hosting Capture the Flag competitions, with capacity being the factor that separates one tier from the next.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user toward my yearly limit?
A user is any participant who joins your Capture the Flag competitions. Your tier caps the number of distinct participants allowed each year. Starter allows up to 100, Growth up to 600, Professional up to 1,500, and Enterprise up to 4,000. Participants join through a shared competition link.
What happens if I reach my tier's yearly user limit?
Each tier sets a hard cap on participants per year. Once you approach that limit, you would need to move to a tier with capacity for more users. The change is not automatic. You select the tier matching your expected yearly participant volume when you contract.
Does my tier limit the number of competitions or challenges I can host?
No. The tiers differ only by yearly participant capacity. You can host unlimited competitions and challenges at every level. Deployment options also do not change the tier structure; you may run competitions online or onsite, and privately or publicly, within your chosen user capacity.
