A monitored vendor is any supplier, partner, or SaaS provider you track. You can extend coverage to third-, fourth-, and fifth-party suppliers in your ecosystem. Each tracked vendor counts toward your tier's limit, whether up to 150, 1,500, or 3,000 vendors.
Each tier caps the number of vendors you can monitor. To track more vendors, you move to a tier with a higher limit. The Third Party - SMB and Tier 1 options cover up to 150 vendors, Tier 2 covers up to 1,500, and Tier 3 covers up to 3,000.
Both options monitor up to 150 vendors. The Third Party - SMB option is valid only for companies with fewer than 200 employees. Third Party - Tier 1 carries no employee restriction, so larger companies with the same vendor count choose it.
