Resolve + HashiCorp Vault Acceleration Program (VAP) is a program designed to help customers accelerate their adoption and deployment of HashiCorp Vault (Vault). Resolve Technology is Certified HashiCorp Implementation Partner (CHIP) of Vault. Our Vault experts work together with customers to design, deploy and guide the customers throughout the adoption process of Vault.

The 4-Stage Program :
- Discovery and Assessment: Our Vault experts learn customer’s unique secret management needs, develop a customized Vault deployment plan after analyzing the discovery and assessment results, with detailed analysis of customer’s existing IT infrastructure, applications, security, compliance, reporting and government requirements.
- Deployment and Configuration: Includes assistance with initial Vault software deployment, core Vault system configuration and integration with other IT systems, with ongoing support and troubleshooting.
- Training and Education: Customers have access to training and education resources that help customers build their expertise with Vault, including customized workshops and training sessions to meet customers’ specific needs, and get guidance on best practices for secret management and compliance.
- Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Customers get ongoing support to optimize secret management practices, including regular review of the Vault deployment, identifying opportunities to improve performance, assisting design changes, providing best practice recommendations.
