This contract-based listing bills on two independent dimensions. The first sets the maximum number of Process Instances that can be in-progress at any one time per tenant. This caps concurrent identity workflows rather than total transactions. The second is a minimum annual license fee tied to ID Verification/Proofing units. Together they let you size the platform to your concurrent workflow needs while committing to a baseline yearly identity verification volume. Pricing scales as you raise the concurrent Process Instance limit or your verification usage commitment. Both dimensions apply under the contract term you select.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one in-progress Process Instance for billing purposes?
A Process Instance is one identity workflow running through the platform's orchestration layer, such as an onboarding or verification journey. The dimension caps how many can run concurrently per tenant, not the total processed over time. A completed instance frees capacity for a new one.
What happens if I need more concurrent Process Instances than my limit allows?
The Process Instance dimension caps concurrent in-progress workflows per tenant. Once you reach the limit, new workflows must wait for an active one to finish. To raise the ceiling, you increase your committed Process Instance quantity, which raises the associated cost.
How do the two dimensions combine on my invoice, and which drives cost?
The two dimensions bill independently and both apply under your contract. The Process Instance limit sizes concurrent workflow capacity. The ID Verification/Proofing dimension sets a minimum annual license fee tied to verification volume. Your verification usage commitment typically drives the larger recurring cost for high-onboarding operations.

Daon provides a full identity continuity picture which is critical for maintaining security posture. The no code workflow design for bespoke use cases and flexibility with 3rd party applications, UX configurability, and the backend data and analytics are all excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind. We've been happy with performance and service level as it pertains to the Daon tech within our flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a core part of our business and unique value proposition is identity proofing and authenticating counterparties or payees. Daon serves as a critical part of that journey, particularly around biometric and DocV. We needed a reliable and consistent technology partner to fulfil those pieces, and Daon has been just that.
