Vendor refund policy
Party B (Whale TV) shall ensure the subsequent operation of the equipment shipped by Party A (Customers). If users complain to Party A and demand compensation due to the failure of Party B's products to be used normally, Party B shall reply with a solution within 24 hours after receiving the problem and be responsible for rectification until the equipment can be used normally. If it fails to do so, a refund can be arranged.
