Overview
Recommend HQ is a comprehensive solution designed to enhance Amazon Personalize, enabling customers to build personalized recommendation platforms for their enterprises. By installing the Recommend HQ Launch Pack, customers can effortlessly create serverless recommendation applications tailored to various use cases.
The Recommend HQ Launch Pack includes tools for schema generation, dataset management, log rotation, scheduled solution version creation, generative AI integration, business logic integration, and deployment. It also provides APIs for managing datasets and generating recommendations.
The schema generator creates Amazon Personalize schemas based on sample datasets provided by users and applies necessary data engineering when the data is fed into AWS Personalize.
The dataset management API stores item metadata in a DynamoDB table in addition to the Personalize dataset, allowing users to retrieve full item metadata when requesting recommendation results.
The logging API records data to both the Amazon Personalize Event Tracker and AWS Data Firehose. The Data Firehose saves events to S3, enabling the rotation of outdated logs during scheduled full solution version updates and allowing further analysis using AWS Athena. To maximize recommendation performance, Recommend HQ also performs feature engineering on the dataset to ensure optimal compatibility with Amazon Personalize.
To fully leverage the benefits of your recommendation system with our generative AI and business logic integration features, or if you require additional customization, please contact our professional services.
