WHAT YOU GET (a fixed-scope assessment)
Part 1 - Account and Access Review: Account structure (standalone, AWS Organizations, reseller or channel-managed), model access status per region, service quotas, existing Amazon Bedrock usage, compliance requirements (data residency, logging, retention). Part 2 - Architecture and Model Fit: Your use cases mapped to Claude model tiers; architecture on the Amazon Bedrock Converse API so the model is a configuration setting; Amazon Bedrock Guardrails, cross-region inference, prompt caching, batch inference, and observability designed in; a cost model at your expected volumes. Part 3 - Plan: A written access plan with options and trade-offs (direct AWS account, dedicated AI account outside the channel program, interim use of Amazon Nova or Meta Llama through the same Converse API with a switch to Claude later), an architecture document, an AWS Pricing Calculator estimate, and a backlog for your first proof of concept.

Triangu does not sell or grant model access. Access to Anthropic models on Amazon Bedrock is enabled by AWS and Anthropic under their terms; this assessment gives you the fastest compliant path and the architecture to build on while access is being enabled.
PREREQUISITES
Read-only access to the AWS account(s) or a screen-share session with your administrator; a list of intended use cases with rough monthly volumes; one technical contact and one procurement or finance contact for the readout.
PATH TO PRODUCTION
The backlog from Part 3 feeds directly into a Triangu proof of concept (document intelligence, test case generation, or knowledge assistant) or a production build, with managed operations under the AWS Cloud Operations Competency practice.
FUNDING
Qualifying projects may receive support through AWS partner funding programs; Triangu prepares the funding request with you before the engagement starts. Eligibility is decided by AWS.
