Overview
Together with your team we will be executing the following tasks:

Carrying out an initial workshop with the objective of evaluating the status of software quality assurance in relation to use in the AWS cloud and identifying possible areas of action for optimization.

Execute up to five one-hour interviews to clarify details or highlight individual topics from different perspectives (e.g. with RTE, Product Manager, System Architect, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Tester, Developer, etc.)

Creation of a decision template to show the optimization options for the identified topics, presented in a PowerPoint presentation detailing the tailored solution for your setup
