AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
This is a free trial delivered as a Windows Server machine image (AMI). The software itself carries no charge under this listing. You pick from many EC2 instance types, grouped mainly into m3, m4, m5, m5a, m5d, m5ad, t2, t3, and t3a families. Each option runs at an hourly rate for the compute you select. Larger sizes within a family provide more CPU and memory, so your cost scales with the instance you choose. AWS bills the underlying compute; the trial does not add a software fee.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What resources do I get when I pick an EC2 instance type for this trial?
Each instance type maps to a set amount of CPU and memory. The m-family options (m3, m4, m5, m5a, m5d, m5ad) target steady compute. The t-family options (t2, t3, t3a) are burstable, suited to lighter or variable loads. Larger sizes within a family add more CPU and memory.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped or powered off?
This trial adds no software fee, so no software charge applies whether the instance runs or is stopped. AWS bills the underlying compute per hour only while the instance runs. A stopped instance stops hourly compute charges, though AWS storage fees for attached volumes may still apply.
What does the software back up during the trial, and where can backups be stored?
The software backs up Google Workspace data, including mail, drive, shared drives, contacts, calendar, and sites. You can store backups on-premises or in private cloud storage across several supported providers. Backups run hourly and are incremental, so only new or changed data is copied each time.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
When a new AMI is deployed, CubeBackup is already installed on Windows Server. You only need to open the setup wizard at http:/localhost/ and configure it to backup your Google Workspace data.
Open CubeBackup from the Program menu, then a setup wizard will pop up in a web browser. Or you can access the http://<ec2-instance-IP> from a web browser on your personal computer.
In the setup wizard, select "Local disk" as the storage type, and select local directories as the data index path and the backup location. Or, you can select AWS S3 storage as the target location.
Create a service account in the Google Cloud Developer Console (https://console.cloud.google.com/), and input the service account key file in the setup wizard, along with your G Suite domain name and the administrator account.
In the Google Workspace domain admin console, authorize domain-wide access to the service account you just created.
In the setup wizard, select users to back up.
Setup the administrator and password for CubeBackup's web dashboard.
