Vendor refund policy
In the event of requested cancellation or termination by User, any discounts or promotions, if any, applied to this Agreement and advance payment will be forfeited.
Based on the standard price of Service, flat penalty of 30% of the remaining monthly fees plus accumulated monthly service fees untill the day of requested termination, will be deducted from the advance payment, before Provider refunds the remainder to User.
