Dimensions summary
This contract has two separate charges that work together. The Entity dimension bills by capacity, covering 50 machines, line segments, or process areas you want to analyze. Add more entity units as you scale to cover more assets. The Activation dimension is a one-time charge for initial setup and deployment. You pay Activation once to get started, then the Entity units carry the ongoing capacity you need. The two dimensions are independent: Activation handles onboarding, while Entity scales with the number of assets under analysis.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One entity unit maps to a single machine, line segment, or process area you want to analyze. The dimension covers capacity in blocks of 50 such items. You add more entity units as you bring more assets under analysis. Each machine, segment, or area you monitor draws from this capacity.
The two charges bill independently. Activation is a one-time fee for initial setup and deployment, applied once at the start. Entity units cover ongoing analysis capacity for your machines, segments, or process areas. Activation does not scale with your assets; only the Entity dimension grows as you add capacity.
Entity capacity covers analysis of your machines, line segments, or process areas regardless of source. The platform brings together data from multiple telemetry sources and cloud stores. You can deploy in public cloud, a dedicated resource pool, government cloud, air-gapped networks, or at the edge, depending on your requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel like I have a data expert sitting on my side who is guiding me and telling me the hidden facts and possibilities about our plant operations. This is helping us to prevent issues before they become bigger and cause more damage that would lead to downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clue does not seem to have a good method of incorporating the data other than what it has in its own database. This can be cumbersome because there could be some great information that is stored in other systems that we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Falkonry Clue has been really helpful in changing our maintenance from being a reactive one to a proactive one. This means that the equipment breakdowns are detected before they occur hence we can arrange to have them fixed before they fail.

Falkonry Clue uses an intelligent first approach by connecting to the factory automation sensors to tackle operational issues before they negatively impact them. It astutely perceives, envisages and alerts the incidents of undesirable production events

The product has incredible potential, and there are no dislikes.
