- 1h30 kickoff meeting with the security owner + a tech lead from the audited perimeter to understand your infrastructure and way of working
- 15mn daily stand-up with the tech lead
- 1h audit restitution with the project stakeholders, security owner and tech lead (+ extra team members if relevant)

- Executive summary of the good points, main risks and actions to take
- Full audit report detailing the vulnerabilities found, risk associated, priority level, and mitigation strategies
