Connectedfresh automates the data you care about, so you can focus on supporting your customers. We are focused on notifying the right person at the right time that an issue is occurring so they can fix it before it becomes a problem. We provide end-to-end managed services for IoT devices and data collection, focused on the hospitality, food service, and food production industries. All hardware and solutions come ready to go out-of-the-box. Everything is pre-configured and simply needs to be turned on.
Use cases include, but are not limited to: -Temperature monitoring for refrigerators and freezers, ovens, ambient temperature, in-transit pallets, and more. -Voltage and power monitoring for assets. -Leak detection for facilities and assets. -Door monitoring for delivery verification, food waste prevention, and more.
This solution is suited for small, medium, and enterprise clients, built to scale and focused on multi-location monitoring from any location.
Hardware deployed is built on LoRaWAN, a secure and encrypted protocol that allows for transmission of very small packets of data over long distances. With one gateway per location standard, customers can enjoy: -Multiple year battery life on a single charge. -Rapid and easy deployment of additional sensors or new types of sensors. -On-and-go pre-configuration, ready to deploy and start reporting data instantly. -Monitoring of battery and other device health by ConnectedFresh.

What do you like best about the product?
In my food service operation, ConnectedFresh has been beneficial in helping me identify the freshness and probable problems if any. The data collected from the refrigerators, freezers, and coolers prepares me with real-time temperatures of the products.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I have noticed a lag in data updates. Sometimes the temperature readings were delayed a bit to the real time and that made me and my team to panic looking for some effects which where never there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using ConnectedFresh I have been able to minimize manual jobs of monitoring of temperatures in my kitchen. Using automated data collection, I am able to concentrate on supervising my staff and food quality rather than keeping my eye on thermometers all the time.
