It leverages hands-on, agile, and immersive engagements to speed up your organization’s cloud value realization and overcome these migration.

How does it work?

1. Initiation

• Our senior AWS specialists will begin by working backwards to understand your current migration challenges and drivers for cloud adoption.

2. Preparation - Asses & Architect

• We will lead you in utilising the EBA methodology to plan and prepare for the migration of workloads to the AWS cloud.
• We will assess your current cloud skills and deliver training to address any gaps.
• We will also assess your current environment and guide you to choose workloads and patterns for migration, and then define the target state architecture and services involved.
• We will define the goals for the agile build execution event and ensure the right teams are enabled and available to participate.

3. Execution - Build & Deploy

• The engagement culminates in a 2-3 day agile build event facilitated by us to bring all your relevant teams together e.g. Engineering, Development, Security, etc.
• In this event empowered by our AWS experts your teams will collaborate to implement the EBA goals including typically migrating 3 - 5 apps to AWS.

4. Review

• We will complete a retrospective and validate the outcomes of the agile build event, identifying next steps to continue your cloud migration journey and expedite business value.
