Agile sprint to support your software development modernization on Cloud

We work with your teams to transform your software development life-cycle and including knowledge sharing, documentation, and resources to help your teams get the skills they need for long-term business agility and maturity on Cloud. The review of your existing or planned software development life-cycle includes:

• Organizational structure; team structure for development, operations & security as well as focus on projects vs products.
• Technology; version control, provisioning, continuous integration, continuous deployment, release, testing, monitoring, security
• Processes; overall automation, key steps in the life-cycle, quality assurance and measurements for success.

As part of the review, we will benchmark your existing or planned life-cycle against peers and cloud best practice which will be translated into a scoring framework including strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations as you modernize to Cloud.

Each sprint is 3-weeks and leverages our packaged structure for requirements, inputs, workshops, deliverables, and outcomes. The process will be executed using the following key steps:

• Preliminary data capture of available documentation;
• Discovery workshops (typically 3 x 2 hours) for a complete understanding of requirements
• Analysis workshops (typically 2 x 2 hours) to explore and confirm design decisions.
• Deliverables handover The outcome will include our recommendations to evolve the current software development life-cycle and high-level design patterns.
