KatalX brings together Advanced Visibility & Advanced Collaboration, Empowered by Trusted Analytics and AI
KatalX focuses on complex Supply Chains, featured by High Value/High Stakes, typically Life Sciences. KatalX is designed to help Shippers and Logistics providers get full control over their supply chain end-to-end, while collaborating with all their stakeholders.
KatalX uniquely combines into a single platform those three value drivers of supply chain:
Advanced Visibility (on Process and Product)
Advanced Collaboration (on Document Sharing and Remediation)
Trusted Analytics and AI (High-fidelity data supporting actionable intelligence)
Highlights
SIMPLICITY - KatalX is simple to use and relevant to you. Supply chains are very complex, it is our duty to simplify its monitoring, as much as possible, so that you focus on exceptions, deviations, excursions and continuous improvement
FLEXIBILITY - KatalX is adapted to your systems, tools and processes. KatalX overlays your existing systems and acts as an orchestration layer, think about it as an umbrella. It can be deployed standalone or integrated into the existing systems at a later stage
SCALABILITY - KatalX is designed to support management by exceptions across your entire supply chain, with intelligent process automation where needed. It can handle massive amount of data and documents as you scale through your entire supply chain. This is why AWS was the obvious hyperscaler partner for KatalX
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
KatalX bills by shipment volume across two units: Boxes and Pallets. You pay per unit shipped during each period. For both units, pricing splits into three volume tiers. Tier1 covers shipments from zero up to a set threshold. Tier2 covers the range between the Tier1 and Tier2 thresholds. Tier3 applies once you exceed the Tier3 threshold. This tiered structure means your per-unit rate depends on how many Boxes or Pallets you ship. You can combine Box and Pallet dimensions to match your shipping mix.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Box or one Pallet for billing?
You are billed per physical shipping unit sent during the period. One Box equals one box shipped; one Pallet equals one pallet shipped. Boxes and Pallets are reusable logistics assets tracked through the platform, including reverse logistics for returns. Each unit shipped is counted once per period.
When I cross a volume threshold, does the new tier rate apply to all units or only the extra ones?
Each tier covers a defined volume band. Tier1 applies from zero up to the Tier1 threshold. Tier2 applies to units in the range between the Tier1 and Tier2 thresholds. Tier3 applies once you pass the Tier3 threshold. Units fall into the tier matching their volume band, not one flat rate for all.
If I ship both Boxes and Pallets, how do the charges combine on my bill?
Box and Pallet dimensions bill independently. Your Box shipments meter against the Box tiers, and your Pallet shipments meter against the Pallet tiers. Both sets of charges apply at the same time and appear together. The unit you ship most drives the larger share of your cost.
