Century CPQ is a core business application that fully automates the Configure-Price-Quote process for telecom service providers. It facilitates sales managers' tracking of prospects, accounts, and customers - all in a single, user-friendly environment with configurable workflows and readily available industry-specific models.
Century is a robust, scalable, and high-performance application built to serve the demanding needs of enterprise and government clients of communication service providers. With its best-of-breed capabilities of sizable hierarchies and a multitude of out-of-the-box telecom product models, Century empowers you to easily configure and manage complex offerings, encompassing thousands of order line items tailored to both product and location-specific requirements.
Century enables seamless digital business operations with advanced automation, offering a comprehensive customer 360 view. This facilitates efficient new sales and MACD capabilities for existing clients through an automated selection of offerings with precise pricing and role-based discounting capabilities. Century ensures streamlined processes and enhanced operational efficiency, supported by automated or orchestrated approvals and other workflows.
With a robust Enterprise Product Catalog, Century allows forward and reverse translations to multiple catalogs while maintaining data quality, even with the most demanding processes. To avoid the data ripple created by performing MACD, Excelacom has designed a system that is compliant with the TM Forum Open API Initiative. This allows easy integration with north and south-bound systems to ensure cascading of data across the entire telecom ecosystem.
Our platform excels at guided selling, which simplifies the quoting and MACD processes by enabling users to effortlessly navigate through product categories to adjust terms and units and select features that are up-to-date and in accordance with your sales strategy.
Empowered with multiple AI agents in a user-friendly environment, Century CPQ streamlines the process of identifying your customers' unique needs. Following a structured question-and-answer approach, the system effectively gathers relevant customer information. Based on their responses, Century CPQ can then recommend the most suitable service tailored to their specific requirements. This approach enhances customer satisfaction and accelerates the sales process for improved efficiency and maximization of sales.
Excelacom adheres to TM Forum standards and utilizes their open API guidelines to integrate with external systems seamlessly. TM Forum's standards and APIs allow us to streamline the integration process, ensuring compatibility and efficiency of data transactions. By aligning with TM Forum's industry-leading practices, Excelacom prioritizes delivering an interconnected and error-free experience, empowering businesses to optimize their telecom systems to achieve plug-and-play architecture.
Century CPQ is licensed by Line of Business for a production instance. The license also grants use for lower environments. Excelacom defines one Line of Business as B2B, public sector, B2C, wholesale, mobile, cable, or any other line of business with annual revenues of up to $10B USD. License fees are a flat recurring amount regardless of the number of users, and Excelacom provides a transparent total cost of ownership without license price escalation during the contract period.
License fees do not include the AWS cloud and third-party software infrastructure fees (Operating system, EKS, monitoring, and database servers), and the client will be responsible for infrastructure scaling based on user and volume of quote growth.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Century CPQ uses a single contract-based pricing dimension: Lines of Business (Units). You pay based on the number of Lines of Business the platform will serve. Your cost scales with that count, so adding more Lines of Business raises the total. This is the only pricing option on AWS Marketplace, sold as a contract. It supports quoting operations for the Lines of Business you commit to under your agreement.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Line of Business for billing purposes?
A Line of Business is a distinct business area you serve with the platform's Configure-Price-Quote functions. You count each one you plan to run through Century CPQ. Your contract sets the number, and the platform serves quoting operations for those committed Lines of Business.
How is Century CPQ billed, and do I commit upfront?
Century CPQ is sold as a contract based on Lines of Business (Units). You commit to a set number under your agreement rather than paying per hour of use. This suits ongoing sales operations, where you know in advance how many business areas the platform will serve.
What happens to my cost if I add more Lines of Business?
Cost scales with the number of Lines of Business you commit to. Adding more raises your total, since each unit is priced separately. To serve additional business areas beyond your current agreement, you would adjust your committed count with the vendor.

Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.
