    UberEther provides personalized ATO onboarding support, assisting customers through each stage of FedRAMP High and/or DoD ATO process.

    Overview

    UberEther supports and leads key aspects of FedRAMP and DoD ATO Onboarding Process for Cloud Service Providers hosted on AWS GovCloud.

    UberEther oversees critical steps in the ATO Onboarding process, such as: Intake with FedRAMP PMO/DISA (as applicable), Scoping Process with 3PAO, Security Assessment with 3PAO, 3PAO debrief with Initial Authorizing Agency/Official, and official listing of products on the FedRAMP Marketplace and/or DISA Cyber Exchange (as applicable).

    During the process, UberEther will ensure the 3PAO and Initial Authorizaing Agency/Official understand how key tools such as AWS Config, AWS Security Hub, AWS KMS, and several other key AWS and third-party services are used to protect federal data contained within the Cloud Service Provider's tenant account.

    Helpdesk

    UberEther shall make available to the Customer a helpdesk.

    The Customer may use the helpdesk for the purposes of requesting and, where applicable, receiving the Support Services; and the Customer must not use the helpdesk for any other purpose.

    UberEther shall ensure that the helpdesk is accessible by email and using the UberEther's web-based ticketing system.

    UberEther shall ensure that the helpdesk is operational and adequately staffed during Business Hours during the Term. In addition, UberEther shall provide a special telephone number for the Customer to report critical issues outside of Business Hours.

    The Customer shall ensure that all requests for Support Services that it may make from time to time shall be made through the helpdesk.
