There are 8 billion people out there. Let them in.
More people, more trusted, for more uses means more of the world is open to you. Meaning business can leverage IDKit to seamlessly verify their customers identity and/or age remotely.
Our IDKit platform allows companies to verify user identities and/or age remotely on their mobile devices. The user must take a picture of their ID document(s) and a selfie video. Our proprietary machine-learning-based technologies, which are world-leading examples of their kind, will then analyse the identity document to determine if it is valid, has not been tampered with, and that a live person is being presented in the verification process.
IDKit conforms to FATF KYC guidelines, meeting all your global AML KYC requirements including PEP & Sanctions.

This listing offers one pricing option: IDKit, billed as a contract. You buy a block of up to 25,000 requests. Each request covers one biometric identity verification, which combines document authentication and a facial biometric check. Pricing scales with request volume, so your cost is tied to how many verifications you run within the block. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose from. To handle more than 25,000 requests, you contract for added capacity.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one request for billing purposes?
One request covers a single biometric identity verification. This combines document authentication and a facial biometric check on one person. The system runs optical character recognition, up to 300 document tampering checks, and a live selfie match. All of this counts as one request against your block of 25,000.
What happens if I run more than the 25,000 requests in my block?
The block covers up to 25,000 requests as a contract. To handle volume beyond that, you contract for added capacity. Contact the vendor to arrange the additional requests you need.
Do failed or rejected verifications still count against my request block?
The marketplace listing bills per request, defined as one biometric identity verification. It does not state whether rejected or fraudulent submissions are counted differently from cleared ones. Contact the vendor to confirm how declined verifications are metered against your block.

What do you like best about the product?
Highly accurate matching of identity against a wide range of documents, with in depth info on why customers may have been flagged, giving a full picture of why the customer may have been flagged. A very seamless and straightforward integration that reduces the technical overhead required to integrate such a robust system.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues found on either the technical side or consumer side, having ran with the IDVerse integration for over a year. The only "negative" point we've recieved from a customer is the liveness capture being able to accurately detect too quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We found through other providers that identity verification can be clunky and awkward at best for customers with darker skin tones or in low light conditions. With IDVerse we found no such problems with has resulted in a lower technical overhead, along with a reduced workload for confirmation of customers who would have traditionally been flagged as false positives. Any queries are answered promptly through IDVerse's 24/7 support, reducing the feedback loop for flagged customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate a significant part of our customer journey with confidence that we are still mitigating risk. The support team are responsive, engaged and collaborative. As an early partner, IDVerse acknowledged that there was room for collaboration and welcomed feedback. We continue to work closely with the team to integrate further and better realise the benefit of automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes appear that dev resource is stretched and maybe hasn’t scaled up enough yet. When reviewing issues, IDVerse are engaged, but things can sit ‘with dev’ for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us the ability to automate key parts of the customer journey whilst still mitigating risk. Inital signs look very positive with regards to performance with a trend of reduced 3PF - we are excited to continue exporing how to utilise the product even more.
