    • Platinum - Starting solving the problem only 2 hours after ticket was opened
    • Gold - Starting solving the problem only 4 hours after ticket was opened
    • Silver - Starting solving the problem in the next business day after ticket was opened

    The support center handles two serverities (per contract):

    • Severity 1 - Outage - Database is inaccessible or application is recieveing timeouts
    • Severity 2 - Degraded performance - Database (entirly or specific query/queries) is responding highly slower than normal
