AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
PatientAngle pricing scales by the number of touchpoints you track. Touchpoints are the moments where patients share feedback. You pick one tier based on your touchpoint count: 1-Star (1-5), 2-Star (6-10), 3-Star (11-50), 4-Star (51-250), 5-Star (251-2500), or All-Star (over 2500). Every tier includes unlimited users, alerts, and languages, so those do not change your price. Each tier carries a recurring contract fee plus a matching one-time setup fee. As your touchpoint volume grows, you move to a higher tier and pay both the recurring and setup fees for that tier.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one touchpoint for tier billing?
A touchpoint is any point in a patient's journey where they can share feedback. Examples include a specific location, department, staff member, service, or function you want to track. You count each distinct feedback point, then pick the tier that fits your total. Patients respond in about 30 seconds on their mobile devices.
What happens when my touchpoint count crosses into the next tier?
You move to the tier that matches your new total touchpoint count. Each tier covers a fixed touchpoint range, so passing the upper bound moves you into the next range. When you move up, you pay that tier's recurring contract fee plus its matching one-time setup fee.
Do added users, alerts, or languages raise my cost within a tier?
No. Every tier includes unlimited users, alerts, and languages. Adding more of these does not change your price. Only your touchpoint count determines which tier you fall into. You can offer feedback pages in many languages so patients choose the one they prefer.
